Please give us more information than you think we may need. We do not need to know your pets names, but we certainly need to know your first name and last name and phone number with area code. You get the point. We receive many many requests per day. Providing the information we need to get the job done quickly allows us to help you quicker.
Date and Time
When finding an incident on video it really helps to have a time frame. Even if it is the date and time of when you first noticed the issue. Please include this in the message area.
Did You Say Something?
If the operator says something during your call, such as, “a one or zero should not be dialed” please tell us this informaiton. The more we know the better we can help.

As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. If you think a picture would help us to understand the problem. Please send it over.
Your not in school but you need to TEST!
After your information is loaded in the system take time and test it out. Make sure it works and you know how to open the gate. Ideally, before you have a stranded visitor.
